Doors go to the paint facility after removal. On-site tasks are scheduled only once production is ready — never the same day as removal complete.
Color Consultation
You got an internal alert the moment this quote was signed. Once it's actually on the calendar (booked outside the app, same as removal), enter the date here to mark it done on this job's timeline.
Removal Date
The date itself is decided in your regular scheduling process, not here — this is just where a confirmed date gets entered so the client can be notified. Sending is a deliberate action, not automatic, so re-opening this job later never accidentally re-sends it.
Email only. Safe to click again if a date changes; the client gets a fresh notification with the updated date each time.
On-Site Tasks — Production Schedule
Entered by the in-house production scheduler after removal is complete, paint has arrived at the facility, and doors & drawers are finished or nearly finished. Crew size depends on scope, which is why duration is never a two-day guarantee. We typically schedule four days, with Day 4 as installation — under-promise, over-deliver.
Sends What to Expect — Field Tasks plus this daily list. Installation is the day after field tasks are marked complete, matching Day 4 above.
Job Status (Crew Actions)
For the crew on-site. Each check-off updates this job immediately if it is already saved to the cloud, so the office can see progress without a phone call.
Current status: In Progress
Removal Complete does not dispatch the field crew and does not email on-site dates — that waits on the production scheduler. Field Tasks Complete emails What to Expect — Day of Installation and the Final Invoice the same day. Installation is the following day.
Project Close Out
Walk the client through the packet in person, leave labeled paint plus hard copies of the filled warranty certificate and cabinet care, then mark close-out so the same packet emails to them. PowerPoint cannot go in the documents bucket — this certificate fills from the job and prints as a PDF.

Client / Owner Acknowledgment
By signing, the client acknowledges receipt of the cabinet-specific warranty terms. Full terms are in the attached warranty.pdf.
Job fields fill this certificate automatically. Print the hard copy for the walkthrough. Close-out emails this filled PDF plus warranty.pdf and cabinet-care.pdf from the documents bucket.
Review Request
Sweet spot is a few days after close-out — long enough to live with the finish, soon enough that the experience is still fresh. Default is five days. This does not send by itself; send when the date arrives.

Specialty Processes
Chemical stripping is a targeted repair, not a whole-kitchen service — used on specific doors/drawers where the existing coating has failed (grease-damaged doors above a range, water-damaged drawer faces at a sink, etc.), not applied across the job by default.

Doors, drawers, and shelves are removed 3–5 days in advance of on-site work.
On-site work is scheduled (typically a multi-day process) — your kitchen stays usable except for a few hours on spray day.
Doors and drawers are packed out, refinished off-site, delivered back, and reinstalled.
Final inspection and project close-out.
Payment Method
For your records only — doesn't change the price either way, and can be updated any time, even after signing. If Financing is selected, send the client a Wisetack application link once they've signed.

Change Orders / Addendums
Most changes come up after the job has started — before the final invoice goes out. Each one here is its own mini-agreement: description, price, and its own client signature. Check "Include in Invoice" on whichever ones are ready to bill, and they'll appear as extra line items the next time the Invoice tab is generated.
